My email address is [email protected]. I have not received an email from you however, I am well aware that you have emailed [email protected] and were replied to promptly on each occassion. Based on those emails, I understand that you haven’t generated many clicks and are not happy with the results of the promotion compared to another campaign you are running. There are several things about the way you are advertising the promotion that could be affecting your performance.
1. You are not advertising the promotion in your main RTG bonus directory as you are with the other RTG promotions. You are advertising the standard welcome bonus.
2. The promotion is advertised near the bottom of the page which reduces its exposure and click through rate.
3. Right below the banner, you are listed the promotion’s entire terms and conditions. Although it is beneficial to inform your visitors of bonus terms, it looses the attention and impulsiveness of your visitor which reduces the response of the visitor.
My suggestions to improve the performance this campaign are to:
1. List $25 Free under the No Deposit field in your main RTG bonus directory and use the correct link that redirects to the promotional splash page (xhttp://www.playunited.com/AidDownload.php?casinoID=64&gAID=5175&subGid=0&bannerID=2061&Redirect=/splash/special25.html).
2. Place a banner in a more prominent location on your page(s). Possibly a 468×60 right above the chart of RTG bonuses.
3. Remove the promotion’s terms and conditions or, if you do prefer to inform your visitors of all promotional terms (which I don’t see present with other bonuses), link the terms to a popup or separate page. In either case, if you are using the correct link that redirects to the promotional splash page, the bonus terms and conditions are presented in a very prominent location on the splash page.
