Hello Sergey,

So far, we’ve been paying you all of your commissions, and we never had any extremely long delays with your account. It’s very unfortunate that you do not want us to pay you via Neteller or Firepay, because Western Union is by far not the most convenient option to us. However, in my last e-mail, which I sent you just one week and a half ago, I told we would continue making your payments via Western Union, and as soon as I have the MTCN, I will send it to you.
Honestly, if you had another payment option, it would be so much easier for both of us. WU is not the securest transaction method in gambling industry, and that’s why any payment related to it, will take more time, than for example, Neteller.
In conclusion, Sergey, I understand you must be upset, because your payments are not as quick as they could be, however you do not leave us any option either. By the way, just yesterday our accounting manager was setting a payment for you, so I presume I will receive your MTCN very soon.
