As disturbing as this is Players DO chargebacks. Especially when they may have a gambling problem and have spent far more then they should have. They panic, they wonder if the casino cheated them, they wrestle with how to break it to their spouse that they gambled away a significant amount of money online and now cant meet other household obligations.
We have all had this happen to us if we have been active for any amount of time. It sucks, its like getting punched in the stomach by Mike Tyson, it makes YOU wonder if the casino is cheating you, but its not always an indication of dishonesty.
Have you discussed the situation with the affiliate manager of the program in question?
