Poker Share was stabbed in the back because they developed a business model that put UB to shame and that players would flock to and all affiliates, rakeback or not, would feel good promoting.

Let me use myself as an example. I am no high roller, but I played at UB and paid between 1500 and 2000 dollar a month in rake. I had no rakeback account. When Pokershare arrived, I immediateliy got an rakeback account at Pokershare, and I would believe that every player that puts in a decent amount of raked hands at UB, but without having rakeback, did the same.

This is obviously something that affects UB, and they stopped Pokershare from offering rakeback. But the former UB players (as myself) kept their rakeback deal with Pokershare, and we stay with Pokershare. Then they probably panicked, and acted the way they did, as they had lost too much business to mid to small rollers like me and the high rollers that pay 20k each month in rake.

The Pokershare business model (pyramid) is not a thing I care for, as after the first months I would get a microscopic share of the profits.
