One minus of the system I use is that links are dinamicly allocated as more sites added, with newer sites been listed first. So there is possibility of your link to move to page 2 and 3 etc.
That really sucks. It makes more sense to reward your long-term partners. Who wants to trade links and have their link end up 10 pages deeper somewhere down the line?
