Do you mean that a player only needs to deposit $20 on pacific poker to start playing? (and $50 for the casino?)
If the player deposits $20 on pacific poker and starts to play, do you get the CPA or the percentage (whichever one) earnings? (does it show immediately? or does it show after the player has played a number of hands?)
