I have contacted the casinos and asked that casino accounts beclosed.
If they handle their affiliates this way then they cant treat the players much better.
Between my accts hubbys accts and friends and family they lost about 25 casino accounts because of this.
I mean be truthful is all we ask. Stand up and say “we screwed up, we are sorry” and make it right.
Dont lie about it and ignore us, because I have news for you, If it wasnt for us, you wouldnt have a job to screw up!
and by the way the direct dial numbers they have listed on their website go to casino support not FA support.
