Like you, I’m more interested in quality, there are many high PR sites who dont want to link for fear of losing PR, and others that place your link in page 15 that has no PR anyway and will never be found by anybody…and even then you should be still be grateful! (sarcastic) sad but true. Some are good though and should be commended.
