It doesn’t mean your website lacks credibility, PR is supposed to be a reflection of your inbound links and their strength…says nothing about content. The idea being that an extremely important site has a lot of other sites linking to it, and those sites have lots of sites linking to them, on and on. Harder to manipualte now, and a lot less importance now than it once had, or so many people agree.
