OK. This other program is Fortune, and the reason for the delay is because the architect of the new policy is away on a trip.
They are still expected to announce publicly that they are now making an effort to resolve the issue, and they will endeavor to reach this solution within whatever time frame.
Now Referback… you guys keep piling on the pressure from the outside, because they obviously have not felt enough pressure, unlike the other programs who have had to endure extreme pressure for six weeks. They will also be the hardest to break down.
