Due to recent developments I am now looking to replace several large programs, and many other affiliates are doing the same.
Having learned this the hard way, I am now reading T&Cs carefully.
You still have one clause that is not something I would want to deal with – since you say you have little occasion to use it, perhaps you could see your way to removing it.
There is really a lot to be said for independently owned casinos, and smaller programs. I am sure you will find this situation will attract a lot of new affiliates to your program, and motivate old ones to give additional exposure.
