The part about them becoming part of the selling of your business amounts to a whack in the knees. Basically, this gives them the authority to stop paying on any active players once you transfer ownership of your site to someone else. I find it difficult to believe they have any real process of approving a new buyer. Even if they do, who would want to be subjected to opening up their bank account to just one of the affiliate programs.
I think Croupier is right, this smells like a concerted plan to rid themselves of their affiliate marketing program altogether.
