Am I reading this correctly? Are they saying that as soon as you put up a banner then your domain becomes their property.
Actually the way this is written they could say it belongs to them. They could choose not to pay you for the traffic sent by these domains too.. Assuming it also includes and sub pages with there domain in use as well.
