First of all, I want to say that I have little knowledge of the demographics of people who play at online casinos. So I can just speak for probable players in my generation (20s to early 30s) that Yosemite Sam is really a pop culture icon of an older generation. If that’s who is being targeted, I think that Yostemite Sam is a great idea…
As for your question about Yosemite Sam (and Warner Bros. backing) lending credibility to the casino, I would certainly think that it would (and that would go for most age groups).
Lastly, in response to the issue with children and gambling, I’m not sure if children today recognize Yosemite Sam like they would with Bugs Bunny or Tweety Bird…or many other cartoon characters for that matter. And when I was a child, I thought Yosemite Sam was scary, anyway. :drink:
Anyway, that’s just my opinion as a jaded, pessimistic generation “y-er” (I just thank God I missed the gen X cut off by a year…)
