CPA is a problem with these situations.

Of course casinos will not pay when they are losing money. They are supposed to make money.

If they decided that the players were fraudulent…

I really don’t have enough info to make any kind of judgement, and one would need to hear the casino’s side too. It’s good that you don’t want to compromise a casino.

If it is a program that has a forum here – CAP has made inquiries for members before.

Disclaimer – I’m a newbie here – and may have got the wrong end of the stick. If I offend anyone with my outburst … then MY BAD … I’ll shut up and listen …

But … I’m shocked …

Not just at the situation – but that you’re relaxed about the situation here Dominique – as I’ve seen your view on other retroactive contract proposals. And relaxed was not quote the description I’d have used there …
:omg:

Hdaddy – I don’t think that the CASINO has any right to change the type of deal that you have – especially not retroactively.

However, I would believe that they do have the right NOT TO PAY – if a player is fraudulent … say opening muiltiple accounts … or using forged or stolen credit cards to fake deposits.

But as for a claim that they are “strategy playing” to beat a Casino – really? There are winning strategies to break casino’s online ?
NO. There are not.

I’d name the casino mate …
