Hard to answer things outside of my knowledge but I will try anyway:
1. Sportingbet is intending to move from the Boss Poker rooms. It is a technical issue, which is being ealt with.
2. I am not privy to the reasons/benefits behind the different sportsbooks, however, each are supposed to be aimed at diferent markets.
3. Sportsbook will eventually have an Affiliate Program. I do not know if someone put up a link by accident or anything, but I’ll make sure ou know when it is launched.
