This infrastructure can be either expensive or labor intensive to maintain or both. Yes, many sportsbooks do provide datafeeds of their current lines, but that in itself is not enough. Sports players are data addicts and want mountains of content to help them evaluate team picks.
The department of justice has made it terribley clear they take a dim view of sportsbetting online.
