most casinos do this themselves, why should they pay you to do it?
most casinos allow you to download their software to burn onto cd, some allow you templates for cards and flyers etc etc – its down to you to impliment it with your own funds and you will be rewarded with players.
I doubt any casino will shower funds at an affiliate over and above what their % cut is to market their affiliate site or trackin code, when they can do it for themselves. – a very few might but you will have to have had success in this field before.
