I would perform a chargeback. When you bury it in some obscure terms and conditions that they dont have to provide the service you are paying for, it’s still theft. It doesn’t mean because they are a multi billionaire corporation that they should get away with it.
By the way I’m in the uk directory (got grandfathered in) it’s not worth it. Now I have a crappy description whenever I appear in the search results and I’m losing clicks because of it. I have asked them to remove my listing but they refuse to do so.
