One quick one off the top of my head is that I like to see a current balance of my earnings on the first page after I log in. Having to spend time running reports just to get a quick balance annoys me. Sure we all need the more detailed reports for analysis but sometimes I just like to get a quick look at the balance. Some programs do this, others don’t.
