I think you have to sign up with 10 or more programs and give exposure to the the ones you think are the best.
There is no overall best program. If you do a search here on CAP you will see that some people says that microgaming is the best converting software, others says playtech, and others rtg. It depends, on each site.
The best thing is to promote several casinos, and give the right exposure as needed.
