I see a few problems: site idea copyright, site design copyright, site
content copyright. For example site idea, design check first http://www.bonusrating.com and then bonusescom.com or allfreechips.com for example.
More examples of site name copyright: winneronline .com and .ru, and how about wineronline .com?
