Well ive done cpa advanced which is where the casino pays you up front for a certain number of players and i cant say ive had any problems. I also do flat rate deals and has long has your site is getting quite a bit of traffic you can do well off these, i make way more money doing flat rate and cpa advanced than i ever did with commissions.

Yes some casinos are certainly willing to pay $300 per player, some casinos will even pay more than that.
