I have had the same difficulties finding places that offer affiliate programs for poker supplies…. I settled on PokerNStuff.com whos affiliate program is through MyAffiliateProgram

They pay 10%…. sales for the months of Nov and Dec were outstanding… absolutely flat since….
They paid on time, so thats something!
