I think it’s a fine-looking site. The only SEO advice I would offer would be to have a section where you add articles on a regular basis, and date them, so that your site looks fresh to the engines. I don’t do this on all of my sites, but on the sites where I’m regularly updating my content, and I’m dating the updates, I see a big difference in my SERP’s.
