I’m stating the obvious here, but what bingo players like more than anything is to chat and interact with each other. The bingo is almost incidental. If we’re talking about bringing in more new players (rather than retaining current ones), the best thing about the PlayTech software is the chat facility – it has features that your competitors don’t have and yet this is hidden away on both Tiki and Kiwi Bingo.com . This is a real selling point and I don’t understand why you don’t make a big deal out of it. I think this alone would convert more visitors into players.
What converts my players is neither ‘free cards’ or ‘free money’ nor is it big competitions (although I wouldn’t have minded a free shopping trip to New York myself !)…it’s the day to day stuff like the cost of cards, the range of games and patterns, the size and frequency of regular real money jackpots. That kind of thing works for my site, at least.
