It scares me when Google has the power…
It’s their search engine and they can do what they want, but being able to filter out sites by IP Blocks or ownership information can lead to abuse too.
What would prevent someone from falsifying ownership info on a domain so that it appears to be owned by their competition. Then that person could use the domain for spam etc. and effectively take out the competition.
