It depends on the casino – some use a cookie system that means the first visit is always credited even if the user disappears then comes back from another site. Others do it on a site-by-site basis so whichever affiliate link you clicked from to sign up, that session determines the affiliate.
I dont know the list of who does what i’m afraid though.
