so If I send a player to vegas joker and they lose $4000 and I send a player to vegas slot and they win $4000 at the end of the month I will be paid 25% of $4000 = $1000. Is that correct?
That is 100% correct…
In this specific situation, your negative commission for Vegas Joker would be cancelled at the end of the month, while your positive $1000 commission for Vegas Slot would remain unaffected. If these were your total results at the end of the month, and assuming you did not advertise any of our other great quality casinos (but that would be -if you ask me- a mistake 
), you would effectively be paid $1000.
