Yah for some reason Powell came across from day 1 like he didnt know what he was getting into … Several times he didnt seem comfortable taking the actions he was ordered to take. Now maybe he wants to get out while he can!
What would have been nice was to see Kyl and Oxley lose … Michael Oxley the republican from Ohio is the moron that tried to piggyback gambling onto another bill. Maybe he assisted in delivering OH in return for something?
