Hi,
First of all, let me first say this is a very unique situation that you are describing LasVegasLady and we are very willing to work out a solution for you.
As you know, we have 2 payment plans available at Absolute Poker – CPA and Revenue Share
In your case, you are on a revenue share program, meaning you share in the rake revenue…your player isn’t technically contributing to our revenue stream (the rake) as he is primarily 98% a tourney player. For tournaments we do not rake therefore we technically don’t have the logic to track revenue share for this player. However. he does pay 10% of tournament buy-ins. Say it’s a $10 + $1 tourney. The $10 goes into the prize pool and the $1 is paid to Absolute Poker.
Therefore, if we treated this same as the rake you would get 25% of the $1 and every tournament buy-in fee this player paid. What we propose we do if give you a CPA award for this player. There is still a chance he may play regular games some day and begin to contribute to the rake at some point. Many tourney players evolve like this as they gain confidence and fill time between tournaments.
Let me know what you think…
and as always feel free to contact me with any questions you have about your Absolute Poker account at [email protected]
If you have any questions or need any other information that would help you to promote Absolute Poker we’d be happy to do whatever we can to work together.
