“If you participate in the transmission of any form of Spam your account will be placed under review and we will withhold all funds due to you, pending an investigation into your account. We reserve the absolute right to disqualify you from any further participation in the PartnerLogic program based on the results of our investigation. Our client may incur expenses, including legal costs, in dealing with Spam and these same expenses will be set off against the funds in your account that were otherwise payable to you. If there is a deficiency, we will withhold the payments that were to be made to you until such a time as the expenses have been fully recovered.”
