It’s money either way. If you go with a brand new design, you will have to do even more marketing and undergo a lot of scrutiny, plus you will have to hire players until you have full rooms.
Unless you find a new software that is way superior for one reason or another, I would go with an existing one. You may want to look at smaller existing ones that do well.
