This is a serious issue.
I didn’t realize one of these people are posting here, but knew about the one at GPWA.
As for how programs can protect themselves would have to do with the CPA they are offering affiliates. CPA deals are always risky for affiliate programs and by affiliates abusing this, it will hurt honest webmasters.
I think that is a good idea professor.
