Wow what a storm……….it hit me hard! 🙁
It looks like a bomb went off at my place. I was with out power for 4 hours not bad but I had 5 large oak trees come down. One on my Explorer smashed the front windshield and hood. I had it in my garage that is not finished yet. It only has block walls up.
I thought by putting my cars in this concrete walled area that if a tree fell the walls would block it……..wrong! The tree fell inside the middle.
My 500 foot driveway had three large oaks fall across. It took me all day Saturday and Sunday to cut my way through so I could get out.
Phone is still down. No computer connection.. that sucks!
Other than that I am fine.
As far as Brad (Talkcasinos) His is still without power, a little tree damage. He has no computer connection and is about to go crazy!
He is on roadrunner and all the cable in his area is down. He said he called LOWE’S to see about buying a generator and they said they just got 40 in this morning. He jumped in to his truck and went down there…..he bought the next to last generator. He said everyone had a generator hanging out the back of their cars and trucks.
So he has temp power for now, but not to have power restored for another week.
He has a little window air-conditioner in his computer room with no computer connection…..:sad:
Other than that everything is good!
