I think someone is reading the terms wrong or similar as this is what they tell you at their website:

The more revenue your players generate, the more you earn, with no limit to your earning potential. “
I had to check it out as it soundet so ludicrous 
Well anyhow they should pay you from the net profit generated to casino, but maybe your player has not yet losed the money?? Anyway those statements seem so odd that I cant even imagine what´s going on with them.
