I feel your logo doesn’t stand out, dark lettering against a mostly dark photographic background probably isn’t the best combo (especially as your background is a deep navy).
The simpler the better, basic shapes & lettering NO photos.
If redesigning it is out of the question, I would at least remove the 2 small ads at the top left & right. The left one especially draws too much attention away from your logo.
Sorry I’m going on.. but design is probably the only thing worth listening from me.
