Dean its important to note that the Casino Blasters affiliate program is relatively new and they do not have a huge staff like some of the older programs. This may explain some of the communication issues. Hopefully over time this will improve.
In fairness to the program most of us who have promoted them do well as far as conversions, retention and player values go. They also pay early in the month, every month. Quite frankly I find this more important then a perky and talkative staff.
I think the basics are there for a very effective program. Yes, the communications still need fine tuning, but overall they are one of the best Playtech groups out there.
