Epilot MIGHT have changed recently, but their ethics in the past have really left a bad taste in advertisers AND partners. I am not sure if they really can be trusted. It’s worth it to try it out… but I really would never spend more than a few pennies per click… and I would track every single visitor to ensure they really are REAL visitors.
