I consider myself a seious webmaster and I cant write html. I understand some tags, and i can modify, or remove stuff, but to write it from scratch is impossible. It’s not that I dont want to learn it, I’ve tried, but for some reason i find myself incapable of learning any type of programming.
Frontpage is great if you’re like me, but if you’re a quick learner you might want to consider dreamweaver, it opens up a lot of options. Of course writing pages from scratch using notepad is also a benefit.
