In The Netherlands, the authorities do nothing! It’s the Dutch Lotto (owned by the government and the only one with a dutch license) who’s sueing everybody that offers online gambling in The Netherlands.
As far as I know, in Germany, it’s the government itself coming after you. So you’ll probably have less chance of being caught, but if you ARE, you are in serious trouble.
