I saw the very different results, but then they changed to the same results as .com. I assume this is because the “other” results are on one of their datacenters now, maybe temporarily or maybe as a test.
Again, I don’t see any evidence of a filter. The results are totally different, with those “other” results looking a lot like the results for anchore text:

I can’t get the “other” results to come up on .se now so I can’t be sure, but they look similar to the anchor text results, which would probably mean the old anchor text algorithm was being shown.
