There does not need to be a temporary leader – there needs to be a group of people in there talking about what needs to get done, what they want the new organization to do, etc.
As long as it’s silent, that’s it. If you guys want to see this thing work then you need to take the initiative and keep things going – don’t expect Craig to pick up the slack as he is quite busy, perhaps busier than most of us, and also has his mind on upcoming things.
I am happy to participate but I too have a slew of things I must get done and I cannot do much in the way of initiating things at present. Hell, I don’t even post in many of the forums that much anymore.
