You’re right. It would take them forever to weed through everyone in the gambling industry. Even so, I think there is a huge difference between an affiliate who is advertising by placing banners on their websites and a casino operation. From what you’re saying, it sounds like you are a front for an operation, meaning when someone hits your site, it opens a casino website. That could cause some problems, especially if the domain is hosted in the US.
From an outside observer, you look like the operator and operating a casino in the US is illegal.
I may be wrong about the circumstances, and I’m no lawyer, so take this at face value.
I, for one, don’t think anything will happen to affiliates. There are too many of them and hopefully Jihad Johnnie Ashcroft will be out of a job after next year.
