From what I understand it is one guy with all these sites and he had some sort of gripe with them – they allegedly used to advertise with him and somehow ticked him off.
This is just a rumour I have heard for a long time now – I guess if I was motivated I’d go find out more. I’ll try to remember to bring it up with crypto folks.
