Did they not provide you an explanation as to why they want to pay out this way? If you previously made deposits by credit card with them, I figure they were trying to reimburse all previous deposits and pay out the rest by Neteller. However, I do not see why a withdrawal should be canceled to do so.

Yes they did, cause my first deposit was with a credit card. Then I deposited a new amount with NETeller after a while, I won more and cashed out with neteller. The email I got was that I had to cancell withdrawal to neteller, and split the withdrawal. Never heard of such splitting before and their rule is to cashout to same as last deposit. The person in the chat has forwarded this complain further on to Betsson so Ill have to wait and see.

Having to cancel a withdrawal due to them splitting the payment sounds very odd indeed. However, I doubt you will see that money back as you apparently played and lost it all.

Nevertheless, I am curious to find out why this withdrawal was requested to be canceled. Please let me know when you receive feedback on this.

They claim that since I deposited with NETeller and credit card I have to use both. I made before a site, casinodepositoptions.net where i said that one could just deposit with neteller last time after winning and by so gaining back the withdrawal faster, though the player having deposited with same method. That is how I somehow understand them.

Yes, but it sounds like BS to me. They should easily be able to split up the withdrawal by themselves instead of asking you to reverse it. To me this looks like a tactic to make customers reverse their cash-outs.
