For US players I’d have a tough time picking but Bovada, 5Dimes, Sportbet, Intertops would all be at the top of my list since they all pay out very fast and offer a lot betting selections.

We offer them both but get very little traffic with them. 5D doesn’t care much for small affiliates, or maybe they just DGAF about poker affiliates, but either way, while their product is good, we also direct very little traffic to them. Pretty much only the random Google signups and people who specifically request 5D from us.
Otherwise, we direct traffic to programs with responsive and helpful affiliate managers/teams. It helps us retain our clients, and our reputation. We look like fools when it takes a week to get a response from an AM (after multiple messages and emails). I also hate wasting my time, I work too much already. Accordingly, they get what they deserve, i.e. very little of our customers and far less good press.

VietBET is owned by 5D company, they basically have the same products. They have the same good reputation as 5D. They do not have an 2nd tier affiliate program if you want send me a PM and I will get you in touch with their manager.

I think you are mistaken here. Vietbet isn’t owned by 5D. They are a white label of 5D and thus offer almost a virtually identical selection (there are some minor differences), but they are a different company/management.
