Not much options left, granted. But perhaps you can try contacting tucows.com, an ISP hosting the domain that is being fraudulently forwarded to your site, in an attempt to shut it down.
Try sending an email to [email protected] regarding Contact Privacy Inc. Customer 0135422191. I’ll do the same from my end, let’s see if that helps.
