InactiveQuality of content and level of engagement is key when it comes to Twitter. In order to accomplish both of these, it’s very difficult to maintain more than one Twitter presence. Anyone who’s made it work in iGaming on Twitter has built a strong, unified presence with active community management and a high quality of content via one strong brand.
Just my 2 cents.

seedingltdMemberI maintain two twitter account for my sites, but Warren is right, it is very hard to maintain the proper amount of engagement to make it work. For me I was able to use one for my mobile casino website using my phone and tablet, and another for my main website from my home computer.
Its nice to have the separation of the two, but anyway… I am struggling to keep up on all of the social networks, and find that even taking one day off can put me behind on them.
As far as best practices. Put your homepage in your twitter description, as well as a few decent words about your site and what it has to offer other people. When your account becomes successful, this will help your follows find your site. I’m sure you know that kolo, but I though others may not.

JennyMemberI have a separate account for each site, and I try to engage as much as possible. I even try to retweet between the two accounts, which may just add seo points, plus you get the message out to your other group of followers.

You definetly need to engage and also do some retweets of others
Just making an account and having it post a link to ur new article is not getting u real followers
