gokkenMemberI forgot to add, looking at the stats this month, the bonuses are not being deducted twice. They are being calculated correctly.
A cynical person may wonder, if the delay of almost two (2) months is because the progam is buying time to go back and fix all the errors. Just saying!
Fortunately I was savvy and downloaded all the audit reports before making the double dipping known to my Affiliate Manager.

Inactiveit looks ok to me. I could not see where you saw bonus money being deducted twice.
I do these caculations monthly with my retail sites. Its always credits minus debits to get to net.
In my case I have access to all the numbers, with these casinos you don’t know what money is unplayed unless you look at the player’s history from inception. You can only make a guess from gross revenue.
what it looks like is the player deposited $38K and had roughly $2k still in the account unwagered from the month before. I’m not sure how they handled VIP cash back bonuses. I would imagine its deducted somewhere or if its added to deposits it would have to be deducted somewhere else or the casino would be paying a commission on it.
And it looks like they awarded the player $7K in bonus money which they’re deducting to get to $33K net rev.
Can you show us where the program says bonus money is not deducted? If bonus money is zeroed out via play then you’re correct net should be $40K assuming the player dropped it all.

Yes that’s correct Net Gaming should be $40,751.41, NOT $33,719.79 as shown.
EG – I’ve been hit for a loss in commission of $2,104.08 just on this player for January.
In the example above the player has zeroed out the bonus BUT the bonus has once again been deducted, giving the false Net Gaming value.
The deduction of bonuses twice, has taken place since @ least January 2013. Reiterating checking stats for May 2013, the bonuses are not being deducted twice, the mathematics are correct for May 2013.

gokkenMemberI should have added this to the 1’st post but this is probably easier to follow here.
For argument sake lets say a player receives a $100 bonus:
Player Bonus Scenarios- Example A – $100 bonus, meets wagering requirements and withdrawals $100 or more, cash paid to web wallet etc etc by casino.
- Example B – $100 in bonus, meets wagering requirements but does not withdraw $100, instead it’s lost back to the casino.
- Example C – $100 in bonus, doesn’t fulfill wagering requirements, can not withdraw,$100 lost back to the casino.
- Example D – $100 in bonus, wins ex amount but has not met wagering requirement, (these casinos allow the player to withdrawal cash at the sake of the bonus being deducted before payment).
Example A is the only scenario were the casino loses the bonus. In this case and this case only the casino can rightfully deduct the bonus as a loss from Gross Gaming.
All other scenarios, the casino receives their bonus back. However, the casinos are deducting the bonus for ALL scenarios. Hence for Examples B, C and D, they are claiming the bonuses as a loss (which it is not) and should not be deducted from Gross Gaming as a loss.
In all other scenarios the casino is neither ahead $100 or down $100. No loss has been incurd!

gokkenMemberA quick update on this.
My AM has maintained, that without knowning what a player has withdrawn, I’m unable to draw the correct calculations from the Audit Data supplied in the downloaded *.xls file in my affiliate account.
So I requested this information. After a lot of stonewalling semantics I finally received a file today.
However that file did not contain the withdrawal data which my AM said I needed.
I have since requested this withdrawal data BUT now my AM refuses to continue this conversation claiming if I’m not happy I need contact eCOGRA.
Recapping, my AM tells me I need X to view the data correctly, so I request “X” and instead I’m given Y. When I challenge him about providing the wrong data, he cries foul and refuses to continue and closes the conversation down.
If things were Kosher you wouldn’t have stuffed me around for 2 months.

BreryprekMemberSounds like you found one of their little scams for stealing commissions to me. One which 99% of affiliates wouldnt even pick up on.
